4. Voice Data Processing
4.1 How Voice Calls Work
When you call Ayden, your voice is processed in real time by third-party speech-to-text services to convert your spoken words into text. This text is then processed by our AI system to understand your updates, ask follow-up questions, and generate responses.
4.2 Audio Is Not Stored
Audio recordings of your voice calls are NOT permanently stored by Ayden or Kade Financial LLC. Audio data is processed in real time by our third-party speech processing providers and is discarded after the call ends. We do not retain audio files, voice recordings, or any audio data from your calls.
4.3 Transcripts Are Stored
Text transcripts generated from your voice calls are stored as part of your account records. These transcripts are used to generate post-call text summaries, create notes in your contact records, and schedule follow-ups. Transcripts are treated the same as text messages you send to Ayden.
4.4 No Biometric Data
We do not create voiceprints, voice models, or any biometric identifiers from your voice data. We do not use voice recognition technology to identify or authenticate you. The sole purpose of processing your voice is to convert speech to text for note-taking and conversation purposes. This applies regardless of your location, including in states with biometric privacy laws such as Illinois (BIPA).
4.5 AI Disclosure
Ayden is an artificial intelligence system. At the beginning of every voice call, Ayden will identify itself as an AI assistant and notify you that notes will be taken from the conversation. Your continued participation in the call after this notification constitutes your consent to the real-time transcription and processing of your voice communications.
5. How We Share Your Information
